• This promotion is valid for guests with an active reservation made through our official website or Call Center. If the active reservation is canceled and the guest has won a prize, the prize will be forfeited.
• The complimentary stay will be granted through a certificate delivered to the guest at check-out. In the event of a reservation cancellation, the certificate will become void and may not be redeemed.
• For each correctly predicted match, the guest will receive a coupon with a surprise prize, which will be delivered at check-out. The guest will select their prize upon receiving the coupon. In the event of a reservation cancellation, the coupon and its associated benefit will become void.
• The prediction game will remain active as long as Mexico advances to the next stage.
• To unlock the complimentary stay, all Group Stage match scores must be predicted correctly.
• An active reservation made after April 30, 2026 and before the first match is required to participate.
• Only one account per person is allowed.
• Predictions must be submitted before each match begins.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The resort reserves the right to modify the mechanics or terms without prior notice.
• This promotion does not apply to Innovation Travel packages, Marival Vacation Club, group bookings, or wedding reservations. This offer is non-commissionable for agents. Blackout dates may apply. Subject to availability and cancellation policies.
